Dough

3/8 cup milk = 1/4 cup + 2 Tbs = 100 ml

3/8 cup water

1 egg

3 cups all purpose flour

1 tsp salt

4 Tbs butter

1/3 cup sugar

1 ½ tsp active dry yeast

Topping

1/3 cup sugar

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1 cup heavy cream

  1. Place all ingredience in bread pan, select dough, press start. When the machine beeps, turn it off, remove bread pan and turn out dough onto floured surface.
  2. Grease a 9x13x2-inch pan. With a rolling pin, roll dough into a 9x13-inch rectangle. Place dough in prepared pan. Usually, the dough isn’t sticky and this could be done by hand – just put the dough in the pan and flatten it so it covers the whole area.
  3. Cover and let rise for 30-45 min until doubled.
  4. With two fingers, punch deep holes all over the dough.
  5. In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle mixture over dough. Drizzle cream evenly on top.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven 180 °C (350 °F) for 25 to 35 min until the dough is thoroughly baked.
  7. Remove from oven and serve warm. Freezes OK.
